How to Capture Good Frequencies for Better Health

Healing Yourself with Natural Frequencies

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m the BIGGEST skeptic there is.

I don’t believe things because someone said so. I’m the sort of ‘kid’ who gets close enough to the 🔥fire 🔥 to feel the heat.

I don’t think learning the hard way is the best way. However, in my search for what is true, logical, and beneficial, I like to make sure what I’m told isn’t trickery. So, I test it out.

I’m also a ‘seeing is believing’ kind of person (when appropriate). There are, of course, all sorts of things I believe in that I can’t see.

Wind. Gravity. Black holes. Oxygen. Love.

I believe these exist because there’s evidence and logic to support their existence.

For example, I can’t see gravity. However, everything sticks to the ground on earth but astronauts float in space.

So, I believe in gravity, even if I don’t understand everything about it.

I also believe in a Creator. Logic, intelligent design, and the consistent, complex laws that govern the universe are more than enough evidence for me to believe in a God. Hopefully, that’s true for you too.

What is all this talk about energy? Vibrations? Frequencies? And can we really use it to help ourselves feel better emotionally and physically?

What is Energy?

I’m still wrapping my mind around energy, frequencies and vibration. Even those that spend their lives studying it, don’t completely understand it.

(It amazes me that humans spend billions of dollars exploring outer space, when we don’t fully understand the planet we live on. Oh well…I digress.)

Let’s define some terms. I’m going to dumb these definitions down for the sake of my brain. I need simple words and word pictures to grasp complex concepts.

Energy = power

Everything needs power to function. Imagine what you could accomplish with unlimited energy!

Vibration = continuous movement

Picture someone mopping the floor back and forth, or guitar strings 🎸 plucked by a musician.

Frequency = the speed of the continuous movement. It’s measured in Hz or hertz.

Picture a very old woman mopping the floor versus a frantic teenager whose friends are waiting at the door.

All objects and living things have a natural frequency or a set of frequencies at which they vibrate.

Even though we can’t see or feel it, all things in our universe are constantly in motion. Even objects that appear to be stationary are vibrating at various frequencies.

Death is the absence of energy and the opposite of life.

"Everything In Life Is Vibration." Albert Einstein.

Here is where it gets very interesting and mysterious: when different vibrating things come together, after a little while, they will start to vibrate at the same frequency. They ‘sync up’ in ways that are mysterious. This is described as the phenomenon of spontaneous self-organization.

Isn’t our universe amazing?

"All matter is energy that has slowed down enough so that we can see it and touch it." David R. Hawkins

More fascinating facts about frequency…

Our earth 🌍vibrates at 7.83 Hz.

Our bodies vibrate at a natural frequency of 7.5 Hz, close to earth’s frequency! Grounding, anyone? (see strategy #11)

Our brain has 5 measurable frequency ranges.

Did you know?

Emotions are also frequencies and frequencies can affect emotions!

Notice the highest frequency on the chart below? It's not love. It's not joy.

The two highest frequencies are Peace & Truth (enlightenment).

Now, that's my kind of talk! 😀

Lower frequencies may cause fear and anxiety. 19 Hz can vibrate your eyeballs even though you can’t hear it (it’s called infrasound because it’s below the range of human hearing which begins at 20 Hz).

A lion’s roar (contains frequencies of about 18Hz) disorients and paralyzes their victims.

How about Food Frequency?

Yep, you guessed it. Even foods vibrate. The higher the better.

Examples of high vibration foods include fruits, berries, veggies, leafy greens, sprouts, and herbs.

Yet another reason to eat your broccoli!

Low vibration foods include processed foods, fizzy drinks, salty, sugary, fried foods, dairy, excess caffeine, and alcohol. These foods often make you feel heavy, bloated, or drained after eating.

Fast foods do not vibrate at all.

Healing Frequencies

432 Hz is known for calming and healing the body.

You might have heard of Solfeggio Frequency Music which is said to balance our energy, and keep our body, mind, and spirit in perfect harmony. Several frequencies fall into this category: 174 Hz, 285 Hz, 396 Hz, 417 Hz, 432 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 741 Hz, and 852 Hz.

Have you heard of binaural beats? These frequencies (8 to 13 Hz) are used to encourage relaxation, positivity, and decrease anxiety.

Which method is more effective for reducing preoperative dental anxiety? Binaural beats or 432 Hz music?

Binaural beats and 432 Hz tuned music are a valid non pharmacological adjuvant to reduce dental anxiety in impacted third molar surgery. They have a positive effect to reduce the dental anxiety.

Is there Bad Energy too?

Unfortunately, yes! When it’s bad, it’s really bad. E.g. think radiation (which causes cancer and it’s used to kill cancer 🤷‍♂️).

Remember, objects can sync up their vibrations with other objects. You wouldn’t want to be syncing your energy with bad (or evil) energy, right?

"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration" Nikola Tesla.

The Frequency System I Use

I’ve wanted a body frequency scanner for as long as I can remember! The one I’ve had my eyes and heart on for years is the Asyra (now known as Qest4). However, bioresonance systems usually cost thousands of dollars! Way out of my budget.

Earlier this year, my iridologist introduced me to a more affordable, handheld frequency scanner made by Solex Global called the AO Scan Mobile.

The AO Scanner measures and optimizes frequencies in our body based on a comprehensive database of known frequencies.

I’ve worked with this scanner for 7 months now, mostly on myself and my family. It's an integral part of my Holistic Wellness Toolkit, even though I’m still learning how to use it and how it works.

My favorite part of the scanner is the Inner Voice technology, which scans your voice to reveal imbalances in your emotions and body. It then creates personalized frequencies to move you back into balance.

Another interesting feature of the AO Scanner is that it can imprint frequencies (homeopthic remedies and more!) into water or other material (like jewelry or SEFIdots) so that you can ‘wear’ the frequencies for longer periods of time.

I also use Light Therapy, which is now becoming mainstream, to help the body heal itself with red, blue, and infrared light frequencies.

Does Frequency Therapy Work?

Yes, and it depends.

Some health issues may not respond to frequency therapy alone. Other issues may take longer than expected to resolve. On the other hand, some people respond quickly. Children, in particular, respond well to frequency therapy. They are more sensitive and less bogged down by life.

There are also other things to take into consideration besides energy imbalances. There's also chemical toxicity, structural problems, deficiencies in vitamins and minerals, as well as diet and lifestyle factors to take into consideration.

We are, after all, complex beings of mind, body and spirit!

Why not give frequency therapy a try and see how it works for you?

Check out my services page for what I offer locally and schedule some self-care.

Some frequency modalities can be performed remotely.

In the meantime, don't forget to download my free eBook. If you've already downloaded it, then why not send this article to someone who is struggling with low energy?
